Picture Yourself Living in Our Beautiful Apartment Community
I have been living in this apartment community for a couple of years now. I love the building! the roof provides a beautiful view of the downtown area and has a few garden spots for those who like to garden. the building itself is nice and there are tons of dogs for my little chihuahua to play with. The building is close to transit (all 4 max lines, buses, Car2go, etc.). The staff is great! The maintenance staff gets right on whatever requests/issues you have and they do it right. Overall, the building is very pet friendly, nice neighbors, great staff, and conveniently located next to transit.
We are minutes away from the Pearl, Downtown, Old Town, and just steps from MAX lines, many bus lines, and maybe 5 minutes to the streetcar. A great walk away from PSU, the Central Library, much more. I live on an upper floor with a wonderful view (huge windows!) and have been entirely comfortable and secure here.
Great community! The area is awesome for downtown transit. I moved to Portland from the east coast and this couldn’t have been more a perfect fit! Love the rooftop view the staff and the low price for living downtown blows any others out the box. Definitely recommend this place. All and all I love living here.
